Horrible service.
I have been a customer from American Family Insurance through these agents office for years and after being a customer and never requested service from this agent, one phone call it took to decided to leave this people and never ever come back again. the thousands and thousands of dollars they took from me just to have insurance and never actually used it, the customer service this agents office provided to me it's horrible they don't care about me all they want is the money and that's it. they raised the premiums almost four times compared to a different top Insurance Company even though we never had any problems at all with our insurance or driver license. please do not get insurance with this agent or this company look around there are many companies out there who will take care of you and your family and the premiums are going to be a lot cheaper than American Family Insurance.
