I would really like to thank Doug, Ashley, David, Carrie, Mellissa and the rest of the Kaizen Team!! ( I may be forgetting someone, sorry). I had used someone local before but the bigger they got the less care was given where needed because they didn't grow. I am grateful that I was able to use Kaizen moving forward. Here is my feedback for the Kaizen CPAs + Advisors.
My family and I have had an amazing experience to say the least with Janet Seno and her co-workers at Kaizen CPAs * Advisors. Our father used their tax services for over 20 plus years for both his business and personal taxes. And now we understand why. Unfortunately, after our father passed last year, we discovered from his onset of dementia he was behind four years on his personal and business taxes. With this being unchartered territory from the moment we started working with Janet Seno she was responsive, supportive and knowledgeable with solutions.
Janet even made an effort to discuss our situation with her co-workers to help ensure we had the best outcome.
Janet was extremely accommodating and informative to our situation. Her quality of work and guidance helped us hit the ground running and helped us work with the IRS closely and got us caught up with great results. She turned what could have been a nightmare with the IRS into a huge relief. Her attention to detail and looking out for our best interests was evident and brought comfort considering our situation. She definitely exceeded our expectations.
The Kaizen team is always friendly helpful and dedicated to providing the best service possible and it shows in every interaction. I highly recommend them to anyone in need of their services.
