We had the best possible experience with Jodi Nishimura and Kai Real Estate. There was not a single moment when we felt like “closing a sale” was the most important thing for Jodi and her team.
She went the extra mile so many times. At the very first house she was showing us, a neighbor dog attacked our dog who was with us. She vigorously shooed it off and slipped while doing so. She got up off the floor, and while I was effusively apologizing, she said, no problem, I’m fine. During our search for a suitable property, our family had a significant health crisis that forced us to withdraw from a pending purchase; Jodi just turned on a dime and succeeded in handling a difficult and stressful situation in a supportive and caring way. All about our best interest, all the time.
She has a great team of professionals who prepared our house for sale in a seamless manner. They even moved a large and heavy piece of furniture from our house to that of a relative and shared our priority of putting as little in the landfill as possible.
