A big thank you to Tiffany, Dannielle and Kristal. I had many questions for them during the processing period as I had been w/my previous tax preparer I had been with for 10 years. So I was a bit anxious making the change to a new company. The replies from Tiffany Dannielle and Kristal were prompt and entire process very efficient. I remember Tiffany calling me back and really taking her time to be clear and polite explaining things. All those I worked with seemed very knowledgeable which helped because we have a rental property besides our regular home as well as some new things like energy credits etc. The cost of the filing was extremely fair also. I will be staying w/K Jacob from now and recommend those looking for a great tax company to go w/them.
