128 days people!!! We are on our third claims adjuster and they still can’t cut a check for the remainder of the balance. They didn’t send out their own person to get an estimate originally, they said, we will use our preferred vendor’s numbers. And, they have been arguing ever since. Never mind we are down a bedroom and a bathroom and our home is packed up into the bedrooms we can use. We can’t walk around the master bed, just over it and our daughter’s room has the bathroom vanity sitting in the middle of it FOR FOUR MONTHS!!!!

Just imagine having a commode cause water damage due to a water supply line, much just the mere cleanup of is enough. But, imagine it happens mid Sept. and here you are on Dec. 29th, STILL waiting on State Farm to hash out the #’s with their very own preferred restoration company, whom they also have yet to pay for dry out. An estimated $18k damages, with an $8k dry out and so far State Farm has cut a $4k check (we paid $2500 in Sept for deductible) for dry out and 2 checks less than $11k for damages. Meanwhile WE have had our house in a complete disarray for 3 entire months with no end in sight. One bathroom during the holidays, no storage pod, bathroom vanity sitting in the bedroom. NO to bother to answer our calls until supervisors were involved and even then, no one cares, we are waiting on one lady who has zero concern for her customers or humans in general it seems. As stated with NO END in sight. Restoration folks recommended Progressive, we will be getting a quote. But, for the love of God, do not use Justin Kivett or State Farm!!!!!

We go to the one in ashboro nc. Every sat and enjoy the atmosphere and the food. All the waitresses are really nice. But we always ask for beth she is so nice and talks to use like we are family. We will be there again this Sat to.
