We really enjoyed our time working with Jessica!! A chance phone call on one of her listings was our first introduction and she was great and super knowledgeable of the Lake Havasu area and real estate market. Since we live out of area, she spent quite a bit of time on the phone with us explaining and sharing details of different neighborhoods and property nuances. When it was time to visit, she had all the properties scheduled for us to see and even last minute ones on the day we were supposed to leave.
The escrow process was smooth and all her recommendations for inspectors were fantastic. She also provided additional recommendations for handymen, electricians, plumbers, cleaning services, property management companies, and more!
