Julie is so great to work with. She was attentive without being pushy. She remembered things I was looking for and helped me visualize myself in each home we looked at. She was so patient as our time table changed.
She found great ideas for making the best offers and did great at negotiating. And she even got us through some rough spots with finesse. She always made herself available even for quick turn arounds. We found the home we wanted!

Julie is an amazing Realtor. She knows the market and exactly where to price a property. I would have priced my property much lower than she suggested and we still received an over asking offer. Her knowledge and expertise are exceptional! She is hands on and walked me through ever part of the transaction. Communication is key and Julie let me know everything as it happened, before listing, as we received offers, during the inspection process and right through closing. We had a tough inspection on this particular home and Julie was instrumental in working though inspection issues on an older home. If you want a professional working for you, Julie is the best!
