Julee was SO amazing!! We love her! We were listed with a big name in the industry before that failed to give us any results after the home being in the market for over 50 days! and then Julee comes in, tells us her game plan to market the house and gets to work. She called her professional staging team to set up the house and started setting up showings. We were kept informed of everything that was going on and within two showings, we received an offer! the initial offer was much lower than we were expecting but Julee negotiated and got us a much better deal and closed the deal absolutely smoothly.
