The staff at this agency is TOP NOTCH!! I completely trust their advice when making choices & changes, they're very helpful, kind, respectful & friendly. I honestly feel like they have their client's best interest at heart & they'll do what it takes to keep satisfaction a priority. I've dealt with them for about 10 years on behalf of my aging Dad (who has done business with them for likely that many years prior as well) & it's never even crossed my mind to switch to another agency. You just can't beat these folks...as individuals & as a great team! If they did business in Michigan where I live, I would have them for MY agency as well undoubtedly. I'm happy to share my thoughts about them & their terrific service. Five stars doesn't seem like enough but we'll go with that for now! ☆☆☆☆☆

We've been working with JH and A&H for over 10 years. We stay with them because they make insurance almost completely painless. I have found most insurance interactions to often be prickly and frustrating--working with these folks is anything but. I get asked annually to switch to this or that provider, and I tell them all that I am more than happy with our current agency. Can't plausibly say enough good things about working with them.
