Wow. Judd McGraw is who you should call. I was with Progressive forever. Literally 20 years if not more. I was reluctant to change. Judd talked me through it all and he was so very patient with me. He guided me with the same exact insurance for half of the cost. Plus-it is a privately owned, local business. I was unaware of that. I own a small business, so that made it even easier transition. I love the experience he has. You can tell by how fast he answers your questions. Windshield replacement/Roadside Assistance. Two are very important in Arizona. Judd is my State Farm agent for the last 2 years and he's been fantastic. I recently had a glass claim go awry and the original glass replacement shop did a poor job on my car 3 times. He got on a conference call me and made it right. I can say from personal experience that Judd advocates for his clients and helped me convert the claim so that my local dealership could get it done right.
