I loved working with Jose. He made the process so easy, and best of all he followed through on his word throughout the whole process. I inherited a home that was extremely run down, living out of town, I didn’t have the time to fix it up. Jose offered me a fair price, was transparent, and delivered on his word. His escrow agent was awesome and easy to work with too. I would highly recommend working with him! I’m so glad I did.

Not sure what to expect when selling a family home in Madera. The home was built in 1917 and was in need of repair. Did some searching and found Jose Rodriguez who in turn connected me with Beau and Dylan Miracle. I could not have asked for better experience.

We had an amazing experience doing business with JRod Properties during the sale of my late brother’s home. The home was in very rough shape and we just wanted to sell as is to be able to close a difficult chapter and move on.
