If I could give this branch 0 stars I would. Terrible customer service. They are not willing to help you out and they are ready to just throw you out. Go do business and your banking somewhere else and with another bank. Do not recommend!!!

So tired of this bank phoning system. Forever wait times and representatives are curt and not helpful. At the very least have a call back feature if they are going to keep you on hold forever.

By far the worst experience I have ever had at a bank. I went last week to take out money through their shared branch option since I have an account with a different credit union. I was advised that there was no ID on file for me with my credit union so they wouldn’t let me take out money. Was able to update my ID on the spot by calling my bank And was able to take out money no problem. Went today to do the same thing and was advised that they are unable to see the image of the ID and could not use the documents. I had with me and was told that they are unable to see the image of the documents. They have scanned on file with my bank. Not quite sure how that’s possible when a teller pulled up my account and was able to see that my passport and ID were on file and that the passport number matched. maybe they should re-advise their staff had to do their job properly if they allowed me to do something just a week ago and now I can’t do it today. Will never be returning.

I had an amazing experience at this particular location. Everyone of the employees were so pleasant and very helpful. The bank manager Jackie Ramos was simply magnificent. She was extremely helpful, enthusiastic, and charming all while being professional. Even though I live closer to other branches, the experience was not quite the same that I had at the New Hyde Park branch. I am definitely always going to go to this branch and I highly recommend it !

Horrible bank, the worst experience you can have. I tried to transfer my money to my other account and they blocked it claiming fraud, went to the bank in person with my driver's licence and that was not enought, had to wait 2 weeks and after many emails they enabled the account. As soon as I wanted to make a transfer, locked again, had to spend another hour on the phone with them. DO NOT USE this bank!
