Wanted to update my review, as I've recently had a great experience with Joven Insurance. As we all know, insurance in CA has become an ordeal. Went in today to receive a quote for my car and was greeted by Laura. She was so friendly and welcoming! Not did she only make the experience pleasurable but her and Mario were able to get the lowest rate for me with great coverage's! Every time I call to either make my payment or inquire about account information, I’m always responded with a quick and professional response. For example, I called yesterday to ask about some payoff amounts for my policy and Lupita was not only extremely helpful but also very quick when providing me figures. I came in today to get my tags for my car and it’s a lot better then the DMV. I was in and out. I didn’t have to wait in line. Also the employees there are super friendly I will recommend this place to all my friends and family.

This place is AMAZING! I needed insurance and went there 1st...got a quote that tied with another place I went...I was like I'm getting the same deal elsewhere. THEN he done what all businesses should do- he won me over! He took $20 off my down payment and kept me under $50 a month. Plus took there time to explain what the difference is and answered all my 'girlish' question. Love this place!

Bad business people i went in for a simple title transfer back in March and up to this day no title. I paid for a service and they kept giving me the run around.... they blame it on DMV but at the minimum they could offer to order a new title for...
