An online search for better auto insurance rates eventually led to Leslie Wiggins making contact with me via a phone call. Leslie was very professional and polite, she listened to me intently, was engaging, even when I strayed into speaking about details relevant to my life, but not required for her to quote a policy. Leslie saved me a lot, I switched my auto policies and home policy (from a friend I've known for decades, feel a little guilty). They quoted me at a lower rate than I was getting before with the home and auto bundle. I had questions and they were explained to me clearly. I spoke with the business owner and one of the staff members and an agent to come out to take pictures of the property, all were kind to me. I wasn't going to get the quote but I'm glad I did, it saved me $500.
