We were first time home buyers and we had absolutely no past experience on how and where to start our home buy process. We were extremely lucky to have Jose as our agent, because he was able to help us work through out the entire process, including educating us the details of home buying, suggesting strategies, explaining how mortgage works, and touring multiple homes of our interests. We felt that Jose is an real expert and has great passion in helping people finding their dream homes. He was always available to take our messages, phone calls, and zoom meetings, even late at night, and he help us with touring many different homes in our price range, even including some that are less attractive just to give us some good comparisons to let us better picture our dream home.
When we found the house that we were most interested in, Jose tried his best to tour the house with us, communicate with the listing agent, and suggest different strategies for us to finally give a competitive offer and secure the house. Even after our offer was accepted, he is still working really hard to go over any documentations we were confused about and made the whole process much easier than we expected. He is very patient and nice and make the process so smooth and relaxing for us. From our first contact to getting the keys to our first home, it only took a little over a month, and we were so surprised and thrilled that we managed to go through the entire process from absolutely nothing in such a smooth and organized way. I don't even know where to begin! All I have to say is that Jose made a difficult process for my husband and I very easy!
