I had an issue with a small balance (less than $100). Rather than rectifying the issue Mr. Chavez did what was easier for him and NOT necessarily deemed correct. Mr. Chavez lacks ethics and transparency. This is clearly not someone I would trust with any financial services period.

This office team is amazing. The staff is super comforting and friendly. I can’t thank them enough for all the they’ve done for us. Had the pleasure to have had Henry be my representative He was amazing! Henry helped me with getting a quote for car insurance, it was fast and easy he was so kind and polite and I felt like he had the best interest for me and my car I am more than satisfied with this company. I had a very favorable experience with Jose Chavez. He took care of our homeowners insurance very quickly and the rate was acceptable. He then called my mortgage company immediately and everything was in order. My HO ins payment was automatically deducted from my account. Jose was very efficient and a pleasure to work with!

I called in today and spoke with Clarissa who was very attentive and cordial. I was looking to make some changes in my current auto policy and after making the changes, Clarissa advised me about saving money now with DriveWise as well as for the future with Auto Replacement Protection once my vehicle becomes eligible. Clarissa was great at explaining everything with detail and was able to answer all my questions. I definitely recommend the office of Jose Chavez- Allstate. I switched over to them from a different insurance since about 6 years ago and it has been the best choice I have made. They always make sure to give me the best discounts and save me the most money possible. I have had zero issues with neither my auto or home policy. My experience with Jose Chavez has been close to perfect. Whenever I call the office with questions about my insurance or anything really, him and his team are always eager to help and I am never left unsure about anything. But most of all when I got into my accident last year Jose and his team were a big help. I totaled my car last as well as the other person’s last spring and to me that was the end of the world. But Jose was there to help me every step of the way and everything was resolved relatively fast. I have been insured by Jose for about the last 5 years and have never had a complaint!
