I can't say enough good things about Jorge. I had to sell my mother's condo in California remotely (I live in Oregon). Jorge took care of everything. This condo had not been updated since the '80s. Jorge arranged for floors, kitchen, bathrooms, walls, appliances, and several other things. He has excellent connections in the local community for all kinds of construction/ repair work, and I found the costs quite reasonable. And of course he took care of marketing, open houses, paperwork, and everything else that comes with selling real estate. If you need a good guy to get your property sold, talk to Jorge!

He is extremely responsive, a quality that is of upmost importance especially in today’s market. He often times responded late to our requests. He is extremely hard working, often working late to get everything done that was required. He worked diligently as we were getting close to closing, while he was on vacation. Not sure he truly got to enjoy it.
