I had an excellent experience working with Jon to buy my first home. Jon was there with me every step of the way. He quickly gained my trust and I felt he genuinely cared about finding me what I was looking for. Jon never pushed anything, and instead was interested in learning about my needs/wants in a home. He offered different perspectives and insights from his own experiences to help me make my own decisions.

Jon’s communication was incredible throughout the entire process. Every time he answered the phone he was more than happy to spend time answering any questions or to talk things through. If he didn’t know how to answer, or didn’t feel knowledgeable enough, he was always transparent about it. Immediately after he'd point me to someone who could properly answer or even follow up for me himself. On the rare occasion John couldn’t answer, he would always call back or message me back with a time that he’d be able to follow up with me.
