AVOID!! The exact opposite of what realtors are supposed to stand for. Ethics and your best interest are not important to the agents here. Profit and commissions is their only goal.

A few months ago I had the opportunity to speak with Principal Broker, Bryan Schlafke of John L Scott.
What made this experience memorable, is that at the onset, he knew he could not help me to buy or sell a house, was in no way going to make commission or profit, but he went out of his way to not only answer my questions, but to do research I asked about and get back to me with answers. Not only is this a very professional approach to the community, it earned him the absolute right to be the first person I call should I decide to buy or sell again in the future.
I have not always had a positive experience with realtors, but this was exceptional. I would not hesitate in recommending him to anyone.

worst experience ever!!! I went from wanting to buy a home to not wanting to buy one st all. I worked with PATY EMRICK i thought she would advocate for my needs not hers! did not feel supported, things were not explained well, communication was horrible, definitely felt she was only seeking that money and not wanting to work with me. WORST REALTOR EVER!
