Super friendly and super helpful! Nothing too much trouble for manager Jo and Kyle, Jo even came in on her day off to do a second viewing when my parents were visiting… She helped us secure our new home, great communication with us and the vendor making it easier… The financial arm of John Francis weren’t so efficient, failing to return a call and failing to keep a phone appointment Kyle had set up ? so well done to you two in Aberaeron for always going the extra mile

Moving House is supposedly one of the most stressful occasions ... Well far from it when you use this incredible estate agent! I cannot recommend highly enough the care, professional, help and most of all the 'human touch' both Serena and Ben displayed in their customer service. Nothing was too much trouble and each query was dealt with promptly and efficiently!
From start to finish, despite all the challenges bought about during the pandemic, everything went smoothly and any issues that came along were dealt with accordingly! Thank you both of you for making our transition to Wales such a wonderful experience and enabling us to purchase our new home to begin a brand new chapter in our lives!

We had previously been online with other agents and they did not offer a good service at all in comparison to our experience with John Francis.
From the first phone call with Ben and then Kelly coming out to see the property we knew it was going to be ok and we felt so much happier! They took care of everything and all of the team went above and beyond to help us.

An amazing office of professionals. They went above & beyond the normal help offered by Estate Agents.
