Outstanding from start to finish, I really felt like i was in the hands of the best people to manage my mortgage application, Hemel has a wealth of knowledge and experience and kept me up to date throughout my application and delivered results. I gave John Charcol 5 stars because they are amazing. They got me an amazing deal for 10 years which has worked out great as mortgage rates are shooting up. I'm totally great full and appreciate all the help I received. My property is at the last stages of renovation. Flooring and kitchen.

I am a first time buyer and have just completed on my first property, I was really worried about how the process would work as I have never done it before. But Andrew made the whole application process incredibly easy and painless - he quite literally took care of everything which was such a weight off my mind! Would recommend him to anyone!
