Joc was amazing! We loved how he handled everything- from start to finish. We lived 3 hours away and he was always looking out for homes to show when we were able to finally get to Dothan and took a lot of time with us as we looked at houses. When we found the perfect house for us, he took over and handled everything so that we were able to conduct our business without returning to Dothan unless absolutely needed. I can’t say enough good things about him. He is the best and if you are looking for a new home - he is your agent!!

Joc's initiative sets the bar for all Realtors. We often think to ourselves, what do Realtor's due to earn their commission? With Joc, I can effortlessly say he earned his commission, and then some. His due diligence got us connected, and immediately upon connection, Joc presented a fantastic plan to list and sell my house within 30 days. After discussing some of the legal/timing considerations, I decided to go with Joc's plan. And, lo and behold, he went straight to work listing the home, generating interest and I had an vetted offer within 10 days, at a price above my expectation. It was an investment property and Joc took all the details and handled all coordination across the legal team, insurance companies, management companies. Within 30 days the deal was closed and the proceeds check was in my mailbox - that's right, he took care of everything with me thousands of miles away. I think I spent a grand total of an hour talking with Joc throughout this process. His initiative was absolutely astounding. If you're looking to transact wherever Joc is licensed, I can't recommend him enough if you want a seamless process where you're left completely satisfied, even amazed!

Simply stated Joc was incredible to work with. He became more like family really as he fit right into our needs. No fault of Joc’s, things went very wrong with the first purchasers ability to close the deal. Joc masterfully put the house back on the market and successfully sold the property for $10,000 more than I thought the market would bear. I cannot more strongly recommending his services. THANKS JOC!!!
