He has a solid model that he employs to market a house. Further, he strives to make the client happy with their choice to sell - he found a lovely couple about to have a baby to purchase the home in which we raised our family.

Jim is a top notch broker who will go to every measure to meet your needs and exceed them. He does a phenomenal job listening to what his clients need and want. I think he is unique as he does not want to just make the sale but wants to make the RIGHT sale - making sure the house you are getting meets your needs and budget as well as possible. He is honest and trustworthy and everything you could need in a real estate broker. We have referred him to many of our friends already and will keep referring him to anyone we know looking for a home in the North Shore area.
