A friend referred me to JL and I have been using them for about 5 years (including this year). There are plenty of times where I have had a question that needed a quick response and John or Jen responded quickly. (either email or a call) Jen in the office is friendly and professional With tax laws always changing, I feel good that JL is up on the latest laws that affect me and my business. I have since referred a family member and 3 friends whose accountants retired or they were not happy with. I have recently met with Debbie for some additional consulting services. I was a 20 year customer and finally had to take my business elsewhere due to the abysmal level of customer service and high-turnover of their staff. New primary accountant is rude and disorganized, and they "misplaced" the information I sent them for last years taxes..which is fascinating since I was able to resend them the actual email.

Owner has stopped caring about his customers and avoids talking to them. When last year's mismanagement of my tax filing happened at the very last minute, the owner refused to respond to emails or accept a phone call.

My new tax provider quickly found several mistakes on their part and missed opportunities for tax savings in my last two returns. The owner has also apparently moved out of state and is not around to actually manage his business and staff.

Definitely find anyone else to do your taxes.

Very friendly from the minute you walk in the door. This was our first visit to JL accounting and I will make an appointment every year following. Very professional but very laid back and friendly. We sat down with Mark Price who made us feel very comfortable and at ease. After about an hour he had helped us get a tax return that just by doing it ourselves over the years we never gotten. We are very happy with this firm and we will continue to use them next year. I highly suggest that if you are thinking about using a firm to see if you can get more out of your tax return this is the firm to use. It is worth spending the money to have your taxes done, they are priced very reasonably and worth every penny.

I was referred to JL by a friend. Called to set up an appointment and did not even receive a return call. When i called back I talked to John and set up an appointment. After arriving for an appointment I sat in the lobby for 10 minutes. I left after I grew tired of waiting. I feel companies treat you the best trying to get your business, if this is their best I will go elsewhere.
