JJC Real Estate!!! Jordan, Jacob, and their team is the most professional and sweetest family to work with. They have helped me purchase and sell multiple homes! Each time was stress free and a pretty smooth process overall. They are honest and care about you and your family! I wish I could score Jacob and his team off the scale! My Dad passed and I needed to sell his house in Sherwood as I live in Florida. My daughter is a Florida KW realtor and she interviewed and actually chose Jacob and his team. This was a great experience. My parents bought the house in 1953 and lived there ever since. They had upgraded it in the late 80s but it had some things that needed a refresh. Jacob has contractor contacts for every aspect of construction repairs/upgrades. He was so helpful and facilitated many of the vendors. I call that above and beyond. He was endlessly patient and explained all the nuances between what I knew from Florida realty practices vs Arkansas practices. He was a font of knowledge and adroitly maneuvered us through this quick turn sale (2 offers the first weekend) and the one we closed with was above asking price. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND Jacob and the whole JJC Real Estate Group. You can’t go wrong.
