We were looking for an agent to help us sell my mother's home quickly so we could move her to assisted living. Thankfully, Jim was recommended to us. The house needed some work so he connected us immediately to reasonably priced, very qualified pros. Jim has a background in home remodels so he also rolled up his sleeves and devoted his talents to get the property ready for market in record time. it sold for more than we originally expected in less than a month. What an absolute GEM!!! If you are looking for a real estate guru look no further!!

Sadly with the help of my mom we had to put my aunt into a home. In order to pay for her care we needed to sell her house.. Jim took what was an absolute run down dilapidated disaster,as my aunt sadly let the home go, and turned it into an absolute diamond! I wish I had some before and after photos to show you all the work that he put into this house!!

We would have been lost without! He was so patient and understanding! He was able to get us a price that was well above asking! Anytime we had a question or a concern he got back to us immediately.

We will absolutely be using Jim and services again when I move in 27 months! Thank you is absolutely not enough!
