My moms been a loyal State Farm Customer for a long time and brought me over. Caryn and Angie have been great since ive been there. I left for Arizona in 2021 and missed those ladies i recently came back and visited 9/09/2024 it was great seeing Caryn again. I met Marcel very nice it was great meeting him.. Thank you State Farm

I was one of Jim's first clients if not the first. In the decades since then, I've become friends with Jim. I've also known Caryn and Angie as long as they have worked for Jim. Marcel, I've known since he started working for Jim several years ago. All three people in the office are well versed about the insurance business, especially State Farm insurance policies in the auto and homeowners insurance. They are all up to date in changes in the insurance industry. As an auto and home policy owner from State Farm, I wouldn't change insurance companies or offices because of the rapport that I have built with Jim, Caryn, Angie and Marcel !

I had the pleasure in having Marcelo, Caryn and Angie help me with a policy that I jumped the gun on and ended up having to cancel immediately. However my cancelling had absolutely nothing to do with State Farm and it's associates. Simply a miscommunication on my part with my former insurance company.
