I didn't really know Jim or Pam when we decided to sell our home. We got their flyers every month and I had met Jim at local car shows in the San Tan Ranch barn park. He seemed like a nice guy to me. We decided to move back home to Missouri and I decided to give Jim a call on Memorial Day weekend. I didn't think he would answer the call and I thought I would leave a message for him to call me back after the holiday. He answered the call and I explained who I was and where I lived in San Tan Ranch and told him I was thinking about selling my home. He asked several questions. One was if I knew what my house was worth. I had a ball park figure that I got off Zillow. He said right away he thought we could do better than that. He said let me do some research and could we meet together the next day if that was convenient with us or we could meet after the holiday. We met the next day and started the listing. True to his word he did his research and came up with the fair market value of our property and it was about $35k better than Zillow price. Just before we listed our house Jim and Pam came by our house and looked it over carefully and Jim said I think with the market how it is in Gilbert we could possibly raise the asking a additional $5k. I said you are the boss, let's go for it.

Long story short Jim and Pam sold our house in one week for full price. They are good people. Very efficient. They have a professional photographer to take pics of your house to put on the web so it looks as good as it can. In this day and age they do what they say they will do and more. They were always there to answer questions and give good advice and bolster your courage if needed. I highly recommend Jim and Pam for your real estate needs.
