Tracy was beyond helpful with the whole process of me becoming a new customer of State Farm. She’s very knowledgeable and is always happy to help with any questions I had. I needed insurance right away while working. Convenience and courtesy Is everything to me. I was able to open the app, use the text feature to state what I needed, and in less than 5 min I had what I needed. Also, they have always been very polite and kept me up to date with everything concerning my policy. I originally switched to SF bc I was gaining a way better policy for a less expensive price. They took time to compare what I was paying for and showed me the value in my new policy with them.

We survived a devastating house fire without any shoes on our feet, and only the clothes on our backs. Our home, cars, belongings were all lost. I have had the best experience I have ever had dealing with insurance. Jennifer took all the work and worry out of the equation. Being dissatisfied with my auto insurance I called State Farm. I was really dreading this but it was made so simple and easy to get just what I wanted and informed of what I was getting for the money needless to say I'm a happy camper. Thanks so much Oh and I saved money also with a better policy!
