Mr Jiles has been instrumental
in helping me get the health care insurance that I need.
Over the years he has been a tremendous help to me , my family and my friends when we needed help negotiating the confusing insurance industry . At one time, I had a very stressful career. After several years, that career took its toll on me. Physically, It became much more difficult to perform my job. I couldn't quit working because I desperately needed the health insurance as well as the vision and dental insurance that the job provided. Each day I dreaded going to work because I was in so much pain and I could barely walk. A good friend suggested that I call Mr Jiles and ask for his help in finding good affordable health insurance for myself. I was skeptical but I made the call. I was pleasantly surprised to find a professional, patient, resourceful, kind, polite, and extremely knowledgeable person in Mr Jiles. He helped me find very affordable health insurance as well as dental and vision insurance. This allowed me to take off from my job and get the therapy, rest and care that I desperately needed at that time.
Fast forward to 2025. Mr Jiles took the time and initiative to contact me and remind me that it was time for me to sign up for Medicare. Recently, there have been many changes to the Social Security Administration and it has been difficult to get online. Mr Jiles helped me to negotiate the confusing Medicare system and he helped me choose the best plan that worked for me. He took the time to get my medication list and he helped me find the most cost effective drug plan for me. He even helped me sign up for a Medicare gap plan which will cover the remaining 20% of my medical bills with Medicare.
Overall, Mr Jiles has been a lifesaver and a blessing to me. His expertise and knowledge has allowed me to get the health care that I needed over the years. I will always refer my family, friends and acquaintances to him for their insurance needs.

Definitely a great experience working with Steven. Answered all my questions, gave me all my options for what we were looking for. Mr. Jiles was recommended to me by a friend, and I am so grateful. I have a lot of health issues, plus I live part time in 2 different states.
