Extremely disappointing.

I have had my taxes done with Jessica for the past two years, and when my taxes were completed the first year, Jessica's team had submitted the incorrect bank account number. This was shortly resolved as I received my check in the mail a couple weeks later and her team confirmed that my account number was updated in their system.

The following year I went back and the same thing happened again- my account number was submitted incorrectly. When I called the office her team told me my next option would be to call the IRS directly. The same mistake happening two years in a row is extremely disappointing especially after I was told it was corrected over a year ago.

I have been trying to get ahold of Jessica since July 11th to speak with her about this and have yet to hear back. I have sent two emails directly to Jessica and have called the office multiple times- her staff has told me every time that she is not in the office but they'll tell her to give me a call. If you are looking for someone who is responsive, this is not the place.
