I initially contacted them before signing up for my Medicare, had the good fortune to speak with Sharie Wetzel, who was so knowledgeable, patient and walked me through everything, I felt so relieved after talking with her. When it was time to sign up, whoever helped me with that-sorry I don’t remember who-was great and because we had most of the information already available it was very efficient. I recently got information about fitness funds, so reached out to Sharie and she walked me through that, as well as giving me more information about Fit On, which was also helpful. She is the best and highly recommend her!!!

After moving to NC I was overwhelmed with switching over to a new Medicare Advantage policy. Shari Wetzel spent almost an hour with me on the phone thoroughly explaining all the options. I really appreciated her assistance. She's a real asset to your office!

I had trouble with the online portal. I reached out for help, and literally within minutes I was called by Kristen Baily. She spent quite a bit of time walking me through the process and answering any questions I had. She was very thorough and professional, and I never felt rushed or hurried.i got signed up so easy! I submitted an application for health insurance through BCBS. The results were confusing at best. Kristen reached out and was able to explain what I need to do next. She was very pleasant, made sense and did not try pushing any plans or other products. To top it off she could also speak perfect English not like most customer service who you can't even understand. Kristen did a great job at answering my questions!

I don't often write reviews but Sherrie Wetzle's assistance has been outstanding. Not only did she help me understand, select and apply for the right Medicare policies, but she has held my hand every step of the way. She is patient, responsive and has continued to provide support after the sale. Today, for example, she walked me through the complicated steps of setting up my online portal. There are few words to describe how great her support has been. Highly recommend !

I know insurance companies/agent get a bad rap…but I’m here to tell you I have dealt with the most wonderful agent….Sharie Wetzel. Applied for BCBS in august, after applying for SS,had lots of trial and tribulations then my world fell apart,( hubby passed)Sharie walked me thru everything….for two months Sharie worked with me, explained things in the simplest of terms (I couldn’t think clearly at times) and today,less than a half hr ago,she squeezed me in and she finally got was able to get my insurance completed! BCBS is so very lucky to have such a caring,respectful and understanding agent. She is truly in a real asset to the company. Sharie is someone whom I’ve never met but will always remember her authentic kindness and understanding.
