Jerome is an awesome agent who helped us purchase the dream house. We are first-time buyer and knew nothing about the market and the process at the beginning, even what kind of houses we would like to purchase. We met Jerome at an open house last year and he introduced us to their office to give us a very detailed introduction about the situation of the current market, the whole purchasing process, and options we could have. Later on, Jerome sent us bi-weekly updates about the analysis of the current market, the potential houses we could consider. We asked him a lot of questions during the process and he always got back to us with clear explanations. With his help, we were more confident about whether we want to bid the house and how much we want to bid. Eventually, we bought our dream house with a good price.

Three most important things I really appreciate is:
1) Jerome is very patient. For first-time buyer, we were hesitated and cautious. We don’t want to make a quick decision and regret later on, thus, it took us about 5 months to start the first offer and we did not bid very frequently after that. On one side, Jerome showed us the houses we were interested in patiently; on the other side, he never pushed us to make an offer or add more money to win the bid. He gave us professional suggestions and advice while we had the total freedom to decide whether we want to bid and how much we want to bid.
2) Jerome responds very promptly and works hard. The Covid makes it less convenient to tour the houses which requires the appointment from the buyer agent. Thus, we asked Jerome to make appointments for us. Even for the requests sent one day before the showing, Jerome would get the appointment done. Sometimes, the offer deadline was tight and Jerome would work late to get all the documents prepared.
3) Jerome is very responsible. We asked tons of questions regarding to the house/remodel, for some of the questions he did not have answers, he would do research afterwards and got back to us. He coordinated among different parties to get everything done smoothly, such as the loan application, the contractors for maintenance. Because he is so conscientious, our whole purchasing experience is very smooth. Jerome even helped us greet the neighbors prior to our move : )
We are also impressed by Jerome’s other professional skills such as the communication skills, the negotiation skills. We feel it is luck to meet him in the open house and I highly recommend Jerome to home buyers!

My friend: Do you still keep an eye on the current market?
Me: Yes, I still keep an eye on the market as I find it is really interesting to observe the market.
My friend: Are you afraid if you see some nice houses popping up?
Me: No and will not. The one we had is so great and we cannot even fall in love with the others…hahaha
