Jennifer hardy is the best. I had a complex issue with a reverse mortgage and my mothers estate. When I met her I was filled with anxiety because I was about to lose it to a foreclosure and auction. There just isn't enough I can say about my journey with Jennifer. Last year when I wanted to buy my first home Jennifer found several different properties for me to view. She was able to get me into properties that were difficult to see because they had tenants residing in them, but she still overcame those obstacles and did what it took to view them. Finally we found a property and made an offer. Unfortunately I was unable to obtain the financing and I had to release the house from escrow. I felt so bad because she had done so much work and everything fell through due to no fault of hers. She never complained about all the work even after it was clear there would be no final sale. A year later I found another property I was interested in and contacted her again. She was super helpful getting me an appointment to view the property when I had difficulty getting it myself. We ran into some difficulties and her persistence and advocacy helped my secure the property. I am now sitting in my brand new home and I just couldn't have made it this far without her expert help, patience and guidance. She has given me excellent service with a positive attitude even through adversity. Jennifer certainly turned out to be the right real estate agent for me and I would highly recommend her.
