Went to Jennifer and Co. today to do some DMV services title transfer for Vehicle. The young lady at the desk, took it upon herself to cross out the back of the pink slip in doing the services and professionally, and then at the end of said services said that this could not be processed because it was over $1200. So then I went to the DMV and they almost didn’t do the transfer because the young lady had crossed out. my name on the back of the car title. All the ladies and guys at the DMV said that she should’ve never done that which caused me to have to do extra paperwork in writing a retraction of the racier. Not very satisfied at all with this woman’s performance, I am a fair individual and then to come to find out that the DMV fees are only 800 1/2 dollars not $1200. Because there was fees, already paid in the past, which we’re Not caught by this young lady doing the transaction at Jennifer and Co.. Period. All I ask is to be please be thorough in the training and be more professional. This could cause me to have to do extra paper work and even not get the process done at the DMV and in any other Unforeseen event.

Plastic face doesn't know what she's doing.
Also, drove 45 minutes to get some stuff done there today but it was closed. Google and the door sign said it should've been open. Total waste of time.

Amazingly convenient! In and out in 5 minutes without an appointment, and they have later hours (7pm) for those who dont want to use precious vacation hours to get business done outside of work. Don't think I'll ever go to the DMV again

Horrible service!! They need to get their act together. But it's ok, I will have my friend go to DMV and speak to an DMV investigator and light a fire under their pants. My friend needs copies of a lien sale paperwork that this company did for 1 of their customers. I have been calling them for 3 weeks, I have even texted them the info and who to send it to. They keep putting him off and delaying the situation. He can't register his vehicle. Stay away folks, WORST SERVICE EVER!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! No stars for you!!!!!
