My previous carrier was through an insurance broker, the insurance carrier they used dropped me without telling me or apparently them, with no warning. When I called them to find out what was going on apparently they do not insurance anyone with a roof older than 10 years old and mine is 13 on a 30 year roof. I had to get insurance quickly as it had lapsed by 2 days. To boot all the rates for my state had almost tripled! The broker told me the new rates and I told them I would shop around and call back if I couldn't do better. I called Allstate explained the situation; as I had them before for car insurance, and it seemed like they had one of the more reasonable rates. I was able to get my homeowners insurance next day and at a better rate then the insurance broker.

Have Allstate in FL, great office we have and good policy & price. Tried this office in Franklin NC for a property there and first left a message, no return call. Then tried again today and it's just a convoluted bot system to talk to. I'm wanting a real person when I call an insurance office. Lost my business right there.

Nothing nice to say, coverage is bad. Rates will be raised constantly due to inflation. When we bought a new car they cancelled the wrong car leading to late fees on registrations.

We also paid to have our roof replaced out of pocket after the hurricaine. Company refused to zero out our roof age and would not assist us further even after sending in documentation. Used them for "insurance" for 6 years. Regret every penny i gave to the sleezebags

I was relieved to find out I was able to save nearly 40 percent on my car insurance. I know there are other companies that would probably save me more money, but not the same coverage. I feel hopeful that Allstate will remain dedicated to there customers for the years to come.

Just want people to know as you're searching the pages and looking for insurance. Sometimes it ain't always good to go with the cheapest. And by all means Allstate is a good fair price but they're not the cheapest. For that, there's a representative. Kristen @gen. Tyler, Allstate and Franklin handling macon county and surrounding areas. She helps in many ways over the last 5 years. I moved here. I have been a loyal customer of all state for longer that coming from another state but she handled all my problems transferring auto insurance over here getting me the right division and not a wrong place where they can't and then they have to rewrite it. She was very knowledgeable in what she does. And for that, they handle my homeowners insurance, they handle my renters insurance in the state of Florida. Kristen makes me so feel so comfortable about everything and always handles my insurance problems and if she can't she takes the time and figures the way out to do that. And for that reason we are taking our pet insurance there as well as another land property insurance that I need for a small piece of land that I purchased years ago that I'm changing insurance to all state as well. Kristen is the reason why I stick with all state and pay a little bit more knowing that when I call with my problem it gets handled in a fair manner as far as payment and in an excellent service in total completion which is very important. Other agents in my life we used to hanging, forget to do something or the most important thing. So you a cheap policy. But don't tell you that you need extra coverage here. Extra covers there and then something happens and you find out that you are out of luck because they sold you and not telling you everything. You should have to help you out in case something happens. Rating is 5 plus all the way for Kristen. The reason why I have stayed in trust all state in Franklin North Carolina. She makes Gin Tyler Allstate top notch insurance company to handle all your needs. This is not prompted nor is it set up or nobody knows. This is from the heart and truly factual statements and I figured that I'd go ahead and write something about it because they solved a big problem that I had in less than a day she did, which was totally awesome and just wanted to give her thumbs up on that. So thanks! Thanks again Kristen at Jen Tyler all state and Franklin. You guys are number one in my book. Sincerely, Jerome Zimmerman

I think Ms Tyler agency is awesome, but Allstate pricing is crazy. My monthly insurance payment is 30 percent more than my car payment. Progressive offered insurance for a $1000 a year Allstate offered the same coverage for $5000.

Being robbed as I type!

My wife originally had her car insurance with them, and when we requested to include me, the monthly premium skyrocketed to nearly $500 (surprisingly, we agreed). However, what they failed to disclose was that we still had to pay the remainder of the old policy, leaving us with an additional $1000 owed on top of the increased premium.

I switched my car insurance a few weeks ago. The monthly charge is almost 50 dollars less than what I was paying for more coverage, which helps a retired person like myself. Everyone I talked with was polite and helpful. They run a program called Drivewise which evaluates how well people drive. It rewards good drivers. I think I made a good decision to switch car insurance.
