Jen is a consummate professional and advocate for your goals. She was patient as we described our dream home and took us on several tours, often within a few hours notice when we requested them. During these tours she was very informed about the properties and when she didn't know something she was sure to follow up with us within 24 hours with the answers to questions we had asked. She also shared her objective assessment of the properties we were looking at, even helping us think through potential "gotchas" involving factors such as renovation or seasonality. When we finally found our home she moved very quickly to help us place a winning offer and then she and her team worked with the sellers, our lender, and Title company efficiently to ensure we could close as soon as possible. In addition once we moved in she helped get us connected to providers like contractors and even a hot tub provider, and she brought us a housewarming present. Jen and team are a pleasure to work with and we couldn't recommend them more highly!
