Sorry excuse for a rental company. They took over the complex I was staying in and once they did it was nothing but problems. I had multiple complaints on my loud neighbor who not only kept my kids up with her music but also threatened me multiple times. This company tried to force me to get rid of my SERVICE dog even when I provided them with all his certification. Just know they absolutely do not care about you and will not listen whatsoever.

First time going to office. Lease is up at end of June 2022. I asked to be placed at another location because a young man was shot and killed recently on their property where I now reside and another has suffered life-threatening injuries. I am fearing for the safety of myself and my family. They told me there is nothing that they can do! Additionally, I was told that I am still responsible to pay rent through the end of June 2022 and they will also need a 30-day notice of intent to vacate. No empathy and unprofessional staff!

I've been living at one of their apartment buildings for 3 years and when I describe it, I describe it as fine. Its just what I need for a great price. There aren't a ton of frills and I wouldn't mind new windows. But other than that I really enjoy the apartment. Maintenance is fine and I love whenever I get the chance to go in and chat with the office staff. Honestly, its a decent place to live and I have minimal complaints.

I an on long term disability an applied to lease an apartment on main level. My credit scores were 644. Most of my debt was medical debt and my son even agreed to be my co-signer. But their is no place on the application for a guaranter to sign. I have a great rental history. Basically they just took my $50.00 deposit and had lunch on me. Their reasoning for not letting me lease were my credit scores were to low. Bullshit. They are scam artists their is no telling how many people have been taken by these people. Besides that the office staff is nasty, rude and condescending. Stay as far away from these people as you can trust me they will steal your $50.00 deposit for any reason. SCAM ARTISTS!!!!! They have run out of money so they are luring people in to pay this $50.00 non-refundable deposit, to finish up restorations on their other properties. They are whoremongers. They will give you any bogus excuse to justify why they won't rent to you. I would even go so far to classify them as terrorists! Run as fast as you can from this company. Fraud is illegal the last time I goggled it.

The reviews before mine are all understatements! Wow! I am still in shock at the way the lady who answered the phone, which I am assuming was the receptionists, acted to me and my sister yesterday afternoon on the phone! She is horrible and should not be allowed to have a job working with the public! She was rude, she was yelling, talking over me when I tried to talk, called me a liar, hung up in my sisters face...she refused to let us explain the reason for us calling, there was no reasoning with this lady! I would advice any and all to do business elsewhere

This is a sorry excuse for a rental property. Hard to get in contact with and even harder to get them to do a repair. No empathy or professionalism. Will give any excuse to keep your deposit.
