Ive been with this agency for more than 20yrs and it went downhill recently. My main agent apparently no longer works here and i was assigned to a new agent named Marrisa who dont want to help me at all, she always makes promises and gives you false hope that she will help me lower my insurance, but she never did. She told me that she was going to call back regarding my concerns but kept waiting for her to call back since may 2024. Last time time i called again to inqure to lower my insurance, a girl named Yari answered my call unfortunately she is also the same, she does not possess any customer service skills, bad attitude, rude, you name it, she thinks she owns this agency and gets rude if she gets interrupted when we were speaking over the phone. Dont go here! They are only nice to you if you're signing up for them, they are greedy, but once you are in they wont help you at all.

Jeff Morgan/State Farm has been my insurance carrier for 20+ years. He has provided services for my first car to all of our insurance needs including home and business through out the years. The numerous claims we've had to file from theft of car, to home flooding, to various business needs, have been extremely easy to deal with. The team at his office and the corporate office has been attentive, courteous, and efficient in our dealings. I've compared many other insurance companies for the coverage provided, however, the service provided by Jeff Morgan is exceptional and very though to give up. It is very important for us to have a quick turn around for our questions, required services, especially for our business policies.
