Just switched to State Farm at this Buckeye office. I was looking for the same coverage that I had with the company we just left. Alexis was exceptional helping us out and getting us a quote in short order. Anytime we have a question she is quick to help and resolve. Her State Farm quote saved us over $1200 per year! A no brainer to switch. Top notch insurance company and this office is above that.

I have been a loyal customer of Jeff’s agency for 10 years. He and his staff (Paul and Jasmine) are very responsive and knowledgeable. The team is very professional, but more importantly, they are good people. I would highly recommend this office for all insurance and financial services needs. The people are great, and the office is really cool, too. Very nicely decorated—- it’s easily the nicest looking insurance office in the city.

I needed insurance for my cabin and my neighbor used Jeff. I gave him a call and he and his team were able to cut my bill in half. I then switched all my other insurance needs over to them, which was hard to do after being with my previous agent for a long time. Jeff saved me about $1500 per year and I have way better coverage! Jeff and his team are absolutely great. They were able to help facilitate the claim process and all my questions virtually with my limited availability and pivot quickly when the repair facility changed directions with us. I had many questions and received responses very quickly for an odd incident that came along with COVID times. Jeff checked in with me throughout the process to ensure my claim was being followed up on proactively and helped alleviate so much of the stress that came along . 10/10 recommend

I would highly recommend the Jeff Caler State Farm Insurance Office. State Farm is the best Insurance company in my opinion. And the folks at this office make it even better. They are responsive and they take your problems personally. They are just great at customer service with your satisfaction in mind. All I can say is that when you’re in trouble they make you feel like you made the right investment when you chose them.

Jeff has been our agent since we moved to Arizona in 2010. We have kept his office pretty busy because I love to change cars a lot. There is always service with a smile weather in person or on the phone. We highly recommend Jeff Calera Agency to all our friends.
