After my long-term relationship with an A+ rated insurance company, aggressive annual policy renewal rates prompted me to research alternative providers. Searching for quality and fairly-priced insurance coverage can be a bit overwhelming, because verifying provider corporate structure, financial stability and coverage costs / options is both critical and time consuming. Jean is amazing! I called for life insurance questions and she wasent even my insurance company. She found out everything I needed to know.

I spoke to Rick at Jean Works on the phone. I told him I was shopping for a new agent and company after over 40 years with same company. I told him what I wanted. I sent him my bills from brand X. he reviewed accounts, and I moved all my homes, Motorcycles, Snow Mobiles, jet Skis and trailers over. Came thru exactly as I wanted. Impressed with service the office is big enough to do what is right for YOU and small enough to get the customer service so many places lost. Very Happy

Had a new teenage driver to put on the road. I had been with Jean Works State Farm since I moved to town in late 2005. I had all my policies with her branch, three life insurance, a vehicle and a home. But when calling, this new driver made my rates skyrocket so I began to shop around.

I originally left with both of my vehicles and my home but then I thought, what if something happens, having everything in one place allows me to use all policies as needed (example borrow from life insurance to pay for
deductibles in a moments notice). In a time a of need, a few dollars savings will not be worth the service I will be gracious for at the time of need.

I decided to call Jean and tell her what I had done. I had left her branch, all based on rate and never personally spoke to her before doing so. We had so many conversations in the past and she has helped me with some other items when I was sick a few years ago. I just felt like I really needed to give her the chance to keep my business before leaving. Knowing that leaving was also going to put me in a situation should I have a claim and I based it all of rate.

Of course State Farm bundles policies and rates to save you money where they can. Here is where I found that even though State Farm was not the cheapest, they are able to provide me some riders with additional coverage that I may need some day in this crazy world. State Farm seems to be above the "curve of society" and providing much more than insurance. I have a 12 and a 16 year old and life is pretty unpredictable in today's world. I know in a time of need, it will be a very stressful time in my life. I am happy to know that I have the peace of mind that should I need it, I am in good hands.

Every business has front line people and they can always help you with your every day business needs. But if you have been with someone for a long time and they have taken care of you, it is best to not leave just based on rate. They provide a service. When you need that service, you have to think, who then is going to make sure you are best taken care of. Sometimes you have to go with your "gut feeling" or look at their history and reviews.

If you need insurance - My vote is Jean Works State Farm in Lake Havasu City AZ - 100%. They offer it all! If you did not know, there is even a State Farm Bank that can help you with your banking and mortgage needs.

I have not had a claim and I pray I don't. I have faith that if I ever needed her service, she would be there for me! Been in town a long time, believe this does not happen by chance!

I had such a wonderful experience working with Sean at State Farm. He was extremely informative and so patient in answering all of my questions. He really helped me make the best decision in choosing my coverage. Having been a customer of Progressive for 10+ years I truly wish I would have made the switch MUCH sooner. I did some research because some family members had just switched to State Farm w/this office. I was surprised at how much more coverage(s) I could receive and for less money. I did quotes online.
