We used their services for a short period of time. We realised that we don't need accounting services because we didn't want to hire employees. This accounting firm activated our payroll account and now we have received $6000 bill from EDD . We tried to reach out to Frances to ask her why did we receive this bill and she keeps ignoring our emails and calls. I don't recommend their company.

Frances, you never answered our emails and calls from Saturday untill Tuesday, you never called back. Because you didn't tell us that we have to close EDD account we got fine for $6000. We paid for our services and you should have advised that it is better to close EDD account.
