Good place for auto and life insurance policies. Quality products at good pricing. I have not had many good customer service interactions with anyone besides Lynn. My complaints and frustrations go unheard. Separate instances, my texts and emails go unanswered several times. I was asked to leave this review but no one bothered to ask how I felt about the service. One rep declined coverage without asking while another questions why I don’t have it. None of them have responded to my correspondence to resolve regardless of my declination of services or not. However, I seem to have a deadline to complete this by. Previous worker did not provide quotes I requested and only responded when I said called them out for it. Probably like this will go down. 🙂
