With his wealth of knowledge in Real Estate and his contacts Jared set us up with an amazing and helpful person in lending Cynthia Reynoso (Reynoso&Co) she walked us through every step of the way to get ourselves lined up for the best lending options, we just had to do the work. He maintained contact with us throughout with updates in the housing market and changes with Realtors, and just encouraging text messages that kept us focused knowing he was still there to help us when the time finally came. On August 23rd we were approved for financing and Oct 1st we closed on our forever home. The search was a short but the home is beautiful, I could not ask for more.
