I’d like to thank Jan Taldo for her exceptional customer service today. She helped me with updating my home owners insurance to be sure I had the correct coverage. I have been with State Farm many years and I have always been able to contact Jan and she’d return my call and help me through any questions that I had. She even called me on a Sunday after the May 26 tornado that hit the Rogers area. I have never had an insurance company do that for me! I really appreciate her caring attitude and friendliness.
I wish other companies had great employees like Jan.

Jan Taldo rocks it out of the park each time I come into the office, even when I am an emotional wreck due to another family crisis not related to insurance. I actually enjoy going into the insurance office! Everyone is friendly and willing to help out. The customer service is always at a level of high standards. This office crew works diligently all the time with a smile on their faces.

Amanda is very knowledgeable and thorough. I never felt like I was rushed and every question was thoughtfully answered. When she noticed gaps or had questions, she called me and didn’t leave it for me to figure out. Amanda didn’t wait for me to call her for potential omissions, even though I’m confident she has numerous customers with many needs. Well done, Amanda.

Took excellent care of us when we got hit with a tornado. Sheila from Jan's office called the same day as the tornado to make sure we were all ok. She then followed up with us regularly after that to answer claim questions and make sure it was all going smoothly. Excellent customer service, felt valued as a client. Thank you!

Amazing service. Recently got into a car accident and even though my stress was at an all time high, State Farm was able to ease my worries. Fortunately, I was unharmed in the accident but was taken care of as if I went through so much worse. They make sure you are a priority despite it not being the worse case scenario. I applaud the people at State Farm that were incredibly patient and helpful during this time.
