Wonderful and caring staff! Before she passed, my mother had a policy with this team. They would always ask how she was doing during her treatments, etc. They have been most helpful in assisting me with closing out my mom’s accounts and such. If you want be treated like family, choose the James McCall team.

My husband was with this insurance company for 20 years, despite my switching insurance after they raised my rates by 50%. He canceled his policy in November, received another bill in December and was told to disregard it. Then they sent his account to collections!!! This is unprofessional and inexcusable. Shame in you James McCall.
After being contacted by Mr. McCall, I understand he is no longer at the Cornelius location. My apologies to his good name. I was unaware that the business had changed hands.

I had called there on 6/26/19 to get a quote for auto insurance and spoke to an agent name Cathy. We discussed insurance info and she wrote my new auto & motorcycle policy up for me. Came here right after having a poor experience at Efland agency. They took the time to explain what I needed to know and also assisted me with the request I had. Very helpful and courteous. Glad to find this agency.
