I reached out to James with a simple question about the selling process, as I was debating moving out of state. I did not have the job yet, we needed to find a house in that state, and stay in the house we were living in while we found a new house after we sold our current house so we could use the profit to move. Sounded impossible to me, but James immediately reached out and even came to the house the next day to speak with me. We went over conditions of the sale and he said it was not going to be a problem selling, then renting back the house while we got ready to move. The process was so simple with James doing the work. Whenever we had a question, be it a Sunday evening or early morning, he was quick to respond. All we had to do was sign forms, sit back, and wait for James to do his thing. I was so stressed about the selling process and thought it would be difficult, but really felt like the easiest thing we've ever done. I am so happy I reached out to James and had him as my agent. I felt like he had my best interest in mind and he was super honest. Telling us truly what offers and conditions were better for us and not him. I'd recommend James to anyone I know in the area or moving to the area.
