Sue Helems responded to our request for an insurance quote on an older Tundra. Pleasant & informative experience. I did a quick pre-application online, Sue called, and we soon had new coverage. We customized the amounts and types of risks we wanted insured. Hard to beat the price / value on the coverage levels we took. Monthly payments same cost as paying all at once. Recommend.

So far so good. At first blush seemed like an OK guy, with the appearance of an established State Farm agency. I chose to move there based on proximity and not reviews from my newly retired 5 star former agency. I will add to this as times/events pass.
As promised, a follow up review, actually a final review for this agency. I have left this agent, am with a new agent still with State Farm. Will review new agency after a period of time
