We've known James for several years, and he's been an amazing partner in our real estate journey. He first helped us buy our current home during the height of COVID, navigating a super competitive seller's market with skill and ease. Most recently, he was instrumental in selling our 30-plus-year-
old rental property in Village of Western Oaks, which is zoned to top Austin public schools. Despite the tough buyer's market, James was dedicated, honest, and thorough as ever.

During the sale of our rental property, James consistently went above and beyond. He was incredibly supportive when dealing with a demanding buyers' agent and always gave us solid advice on what was worth renovating and what could be left as-is. He even organized service contracts, and in some cases, did some of the work himself. His communication kept us in the loop with timely updates from showings and potential buyers.
