I highly recommend Jackie. She helped me but my very first home. I had no idea what I was doing! Jackie and Sarah were very patient and helpful. They made sure I completely understood everything. We engaged Jackie Purvis a few years ago, Jackie instantly took time to help us navigate the complex market. Being new to the state and the United States in general, there was a lot for us to learn. Jackie took the time, reviewed our opportunities and managed our expectations accordingly. Jackie and Sarah’s expertise really made us feel incredibly comfortable when we made the decision to not purchase in 2020!

Fast-forward a few years, and we were ready to enter the market again. Jackie and Sarah instantly allocated time to review our new requirements, updated financials and our overall goals. They clearly and rapidly explained the current market conditions and laid out an overall strategy. Not a week went by that we didn’t tweak some requirement or adjusted our overall searching area. We initially got introduced to Jackie through a mutual friend so we were very excited to be working with her. As soon as we met her for the first time she was very accommodating and helpful throughout the process for us, especially as first time home buyers. In the beginning we weren’t exactly sure when we were ready to buy, but we were ready to begin looking and exploring options. She walked us through the process, what she recommended in a home, neighbourhoods, etc. I can say, without a doubt, that if you have the opportunity to work with Jackie and her team, you shouldn’t hesitate to do so — Sarah, you were great too!

We ended up offering on two homes — the first didn’t work out, but Jackie was never pushy in any way, and she was super accommodating for our needs and wants. On the second home we offered on, we ended up getting the home for under list price. The process with her, from start to finish, was about a month. Jackie helped us get into our first ever home, really nothing we could have ever dreamed of, especially for our first home, and in the Bay Area too! We definitely want to and are excited to work with Jackie in the future and we’d recommend anyone considering it to do the same as well.
